Start since 16 June 2009, Malaysia ISP "TmNet" (Streamyx), had set limitation line from us connect to China website.

Thats mean, start 16 June 2009, Malaysian Streamyx user will feel difficulty when access China IP website. Anyway, there are some ISP that still able to access china, such as Celcom Boardband 3G, Maxis, Deconnectin and WiMAX.

I had test myself with Streamyx, end of the result pinging with Google are perfectly fine, but if pinging to China ISP, come out the result of HIGH PING and Request time out (lose packet),
